FIT TO HIT!!

The First TRX/Cardio Tennis Class on the East Coast!

Katie Zareski, Linda McGrail. Patti Fisher, Nancy Horne, Lynne Bevevino, Jody Yatcilla, Jill Dietrich, Lynn May, and Betsy DeCecco participated in the first TRX/Cardio Tennis Class at TA this morning. The class ran from 7:45-9am with more classes to be added to the schedule. Tara Wood ran the TRX part and Anthony ran the cardio tennis part. Class sizes are usually 8 or 12 players and typically go for about an hour and a half. Everyone loved the class so we will continue this one and add more going into the winter! If anyone is interested call the club and talk to Jody or Betsy.
