Tennis is a sport characterized by repeated bursts of speed, rapid changes in direction, and powerful movements. The key building blocks to achieveing these characteristics include fast effortless footwork, full court agility, speed and power behind shots, and maintaining mental composure. "Tennis Specific" training maximizes each of these building blocks so you can compete at your highest level.
This is a 12 week program meeting Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm and Fridays from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
