TA Enjoys Junior and Adult Success!!

As Wimbledon starts this week, TA enjoyed the most success in their 15 year history! With former touring pro David DiLucia at the helm and an exceptional staff in place, we have unprecedented results! Our 10-u team won the JTT League Championship on Saturday beating Radley Run in the final 16-12. We have two 12-u teams competing at Districts in July and our 14-u team is going straight to Sectionals! We have 3 camps running simultaneously this week... Our TA camp is from 9-4pm, our Middle School Camp goes from 12-3pm at Downingtown East HS, and our High School Camp is at TA from 5-8pm. 100+ juniors will be training at our camps on Monday!

Our 2.5 team (Captain Michelle O'Donnell) will play Riverside on Tuesday in a playoff to decide which team goes to Districts! Our 3.0 Team (Patty McManus and Terri Slowik captains) could possibly go 10-1 and come in second place! Our other 3.0 team (Tracey Yoegel) is right behind! A third 3.0 team (Anne Maxwell captain) will finish 3rd in an 11 team league. At 3,5 Dawn Harkins team finished 4th in their first year and Beth Varma's team won their local league and will move on to the District Championships!  A third 3.5 team with Georgina Texeira as captain finished on a 4 match winning streak! Trudi Short's 4.0 team won their last match 3-2 to advance to Districts and TA pro Celes Panichelli's 4.5 team is playing Districts as well! Jeff Salamon's 3.5 men's team is going to Districts after winning their league Championship!! Congratulations to all of our players and thank you to the captains!
