New Fall Group Fitness Schedule




Our new fall group fitness schedule is to start October 1. Please stop by and try a class. We have great instructors that are so good at making fitness fun and motivating. A group fitness class is a great way to exercise with friends and it makes the time go by so much faster. You will be on own your way home before you know it, and better yet, you just did something great for your mind and body. I challenge you to Try it out!!!
